Public Notice Regarding Merit list of candidates for Physical Counselling of PhD Programmes scheduled on 23rd July 2024 at NIPER, Guwahati.
The Physical Interviews of the shortlisted candidates of NIPER JEE 2024 for various PhD Programmes have been conducted on 21st-22nd July, 2024 at NIPER, Guwahati. Based on the cumulative score from CBT and Interview a final merit list is notified for the Physical Counselling scheduled to be held on 23rd July 2024 at NIPER, Guwahati. The said merit list is attached as Annexure 1A-D.

Public Notice Regarding Allotment of Vacant Seats for M.S. (Pharm.) and M.Pharm Programmes Through Phase-2 Counselling for NIPER JEE 2024.
The Phase-1 counselling for the admission to Master Programmes of NIPER JEE 2024 has been completed successfully on 19th July 2024. As the sliding of the candidates from M.S. (Pharm.) and M.Pharm programmes to M.Tech Programmes has resulted in vacancies in M.S. (Pharm.) and M.Pharm programmes, these vacancies will be filled through Phase-2 counselling scheduled on 20th July 2024 at NIPER Guwahati campus from 8.00 a.m. onwards.

The seat matrix for vacant seats has been notified, along with the category-wise distribution of the seats available at various NIPERs for the Academic Year 2024- 25. The vacant seat matrix for M.S. (Pharm.) and M.Pharm programmes can be found in Annexure 1.

Public Notice Regarding Criteria for GPAT 2024 cut-off marks to attend the physical counselling of NIPER JEE 2024 at NIPER Guwahati.
This is to notify that the NIPER JEE 2024 has decided that the following minimum cut-off marks of GPAT 2024
  • 40 and above marks for Unreserved category
  • 35 and above marks for OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD categories in GPAT 2024.

Public Notice Regarding Seat Matrix for NIPER JEE 2024.
The seat matrix for NIPER JEE 2024 has been notified, along with the category-wise distribution of the seats available at various NIPERs for the Academic Year 2024-25. The seat matrix for PG programmes and PhD programmes can be found in Annexure 1 and Annexure 2, respectively.
NB: The seat matrix is prepared as per the information available as of 4th July 2024 and may change at the time of counselling.

Public Notice Regarding Revised Shortlisted Candidates for Admission to MBA Programme.
In continuation to the Public Notice-7 for the shortlisted candidates (Annexure 1C) for the group discussion (GD)/interview for admission to the MBA programme, now it is revised from 1:4 to 1:5 ratio against the seat availability to give wider opportunity for the candidates. Public Notice Regarding Modalities of Accommodation Arrangements for Candidates who are Attending Physical Counselling and a Clarification on Demand Draft for NIPER JEE 2024.
This is to notify that accommodation arrangements in the hostels of Government-funded organizations have been made available on payment basis. Those who are interested to avail of this facility may register their details using the link provided below:

Candidates, who have applied for M.S(Pharm.)/M.Pharm./MBA courses may make only one Demand Draft for an amount equivalent to MBA course as mentioned in the Brochure. In case, the same candidate got seat in the M.S(Pharm.)/M.Pharm. courses, the same Demand Draft may be submitted during the counselling process. The fee difference will be adjusted in subsequent course fees by the respective NIPERs.

Public Notice regarding results of NIPER JEE 2024 (CBT exam held on 15th June 2024).
With reference to the NIPER JEE 2024 Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted on 15th June 2024 in two sessions i.e., Session-1 (M.S. (Pharm.) / M.Pharm. / MBA (Pharm.) and Ph.D. all programmes except Medical Devices) and Session-2 (M.Tech. programmes such as Biotechnology / PT BT / Medicinal/Process Chemistry, Medical Devices and Ph.D. in Medical Devices), the Merit list of the candidates for admission to the Master programmes (M.S. (Pharm.) / M.Pharm. / M.Tech) and shortlisted candidates for the MBA and Ph.D. programmes at various NIPERs are hereby notified. Details of the respective categories are presented in Tables of the Annexure 1A to 1C & Annexure 2.
