NIPER-Guwahati entered MoU with Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai on 7th June 2017 at the premises of ICT Mumbai.
Dr USN Murty, Director, NIPER-Guwahati and Professor Rekha S. Singhal, Dean, Research Consultancy and Resource Mobilisation (RCRM), ICT, Mumbai are exchanging the MoU in the presence of Professor A.B. Pandit, Dean, Students Affairs and Human Resource Development (SA&HRD), ICT-Mumbai and Professor Padma Devarajan, Coordinator, Pharma Biotech. Dr. Lakshmikantam Professor and former director of CSIR IICT Hyderabad also participated in the event.
Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), formerly the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), is a chemical technology research university located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is focused on training and research in various branches of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology . It was established in 1933 and was granted deemed university status in 2008, making it the only state-funded deemed university in India.
This MoU is effective from the date of signing and will be valid for a period of five (5) years. However, it may be extended for further period with mutual consent.
