Central Instrumentation Facility

The central instrumentation facility was established recently with major sophisticated instruments to pursue research in science and technology, especially in pharmaceutical education and research, to a higher level. It is maintained by a group of recognized scientists with expertise in a range of characterization techniques used in analysis and data collection. Postgraduate and doctoral students and faculty members extensively use the facilities of CIF. The center also hopes to expand the facility each year, making it a core facility in the country's Northeast region, and we expect that it will be used by external institutes from all over India.
